They absolutely need more handicap toilets. They only have 1 room with a raised toilet. Both of us have problems with low furnishings. Definitely not enough seating for breakfast.

The pricing was great. Accommodations were good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff is polite and courteous. The sheets were clean and there were plenty of towels. The rooms were quiet. The exterior was clean. It appears they are updating the facility.

Comfortable bed, and a nice location for exploring sites in both Maine and NH. The few staff members I saw were friendly and competent. Be sure to check out the candy shop next door.
